Since beginning her real estate sales career in 2012, Amanda Van Slyke, a real estate agent with Compass, has steadily risen through the ranks to become one of Southwest Florida’s top agents.

With Compass, she works in partnership with other trusted agents locally and nationwide. These relationships originated from an intrinsic connection and an appreciation for each other’s unique approaches. Amanda works largely with real estate investors, and many of her clients have bought and sold more than 10 properties with her. She also works in commercial real estate, forming a balanced business model.

“There are a lot of opportunities presenting themselves; you just have to find them. You have to be able to see the trends and find the next opportunity,” Amanda explains. “I use my network of collaborators to source properties before they are known. I do extensive research — reading city/county meeting minutes, newspapers, and property records. I am known for advising clients against a purchase if it’s not in line with their goals. The clients that trust me are in a great position for the next new opportunity waves.”
