3001 W CHAPIN AVE

This 1918 Airplane Bungalow was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and sits atop an elevated corner lot in the heart of Bayshore Beautiful. The home is framed by beautiful trees and located a block from Bayshore. The current owners gutted the home down to the studs in 2017 at which time they installed new wood floors throughout, doors, lighting, plumbing, electrical and roof system. An open and spacious floor plan was created that takes advantage of the outdoors with large pane windows that allow for natural light to stream in. Upon entering there is a large living area that is perfect for entertaining with a double sided fire place. The chef's kitchen overlooks the family room w/ vaulted ceilings and a built in entertainment center w/ wine storage overlooking the pool and spa area. There is also an office/bedroom downstairs along with 2 en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs you will find the primary suite with plantation shutters, 2 large walk in closets along with the master bathroom w/ double Kohler sinks and a steam shower. Professionally landscaped. Enjoy all South Tampa has to offer with wonderful restaurants, shops and close proximity to Tampa International Airport. No flood insurance required. 2 car garage.
